Consume this Four-Ingredient Mixture and Never Fear Cancer or any Tumors

Today I am going to present you probably one of the most effective, and easy to prepare, a recipe that will protect you and even will cure any cancer type. Originally this is a three-ingredient recipe, invented by Dr. Caroline Anderson, but I will add one more essential ingredient that will make the mixture even more powerful cancer fighter.

The recipe

– A half teaspoon turmeric

– A half teaspoon ginger

– A quarter teaspoon ground black pepper

– One tablespoon cold pressed oil olive oil (or coconut oil)

Mix all of the ingredients in a cup. You can take the mixture on its own or you can also add it to soups, yogurt, salads, on meats, etc. But, it is the best to use the mixture on its own, as the heat from the food can lower the activity of the active ingredients.

As a cancer preventive, taking this mixture once a day is more than enough. But, those dealing with cancer should consume this mixture 3 to 4 times daily.

What makes this mixture so powerful?

Turmeric is the strongest ingredient in this mixture, which possesses powerful anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anticancer properties. Chronic inflammation is the key of all chronic diseases like cancer, heart diseases, diabetes, etc. The phytochemical that provide the anti-inflammatory properties of turmeric is curcumin.
